Suicidal note. Help?

Now that I have your attention. I won't ask anything else from you guys again, I promise. I have this assignment due in my psychology class about writing a letter to a friend who is suicidal. We have to convince that person to not commit suicide. Truthfully, this is the last week of school and homework is not one of my priorities right now; at least I don't want it to be.
Can you guys get together and write 4 paragraphs explaining
1. The gift of life
2. Family/friends
3. The ups/downs life brings
If you want, you can write a whole page on it by yourself and I'll be appreciative either way. Again, this is a one time thing. This page is due at the end of the day, so take as long as you need.

As someone who's tried to commit suicide before, that cliche "BUT THERE'S SO MUCH TO LIVE FOR!!!" bullshit doesn't really work as a comforting measure...if someones legitimately suicidal I guarantee you they've weighed the risks and benefits of taking their life.
